Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance and authority

By accessing or using a HashMo product, website, service, or paid license, you agree to the terms that apply to that product or service. If you are acting for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service or complete a purchase.

Additional product-specific license terms, purchase terms, or written agreements may apply. When there is a direct conflict, the more specific written term for that product or transaction controls.

2. HashMo products and services

HashMo Interactive creates software, games, AI organization tools, websites, licensing services, and custom AI work systems. Features may evolve, be renamed, added, removed, or replaced as products develop.

Unless a purchase or written agreement says otherwise, access to free web content or free games does not guarantee that a particular feature, game, server, or online service will remain available forever.

3. OSC Pro licenses

OSC Pro is proprietary HashMo software except for components separately identified as open source or third-party software. A paid OSC Pro purchase grants the license rights associated with the purchased tier and seat count. A purchase does not transfer ownership of OSC Pro, HashMo intellectual property, trademarks, source code, or unrelated products.

OSC Pro Founders lifetime and perpetual-use rights are described on the OSC Pro license page and in the purchase materials applicable to that license. HashMo may update these Terms and may change future products, pricing, packaging, technical systems, or future offers, but those changes are not intended to retroactively erase vested perpetual-use or grandfathered rights that HashMo expressly granted for a completed valid purchase.

Seat limits apply to active devices as described for the purchased tier. Users may not bypass, falsify, tamper with, resell, forge, or deliberately defeat HashMo licensing, entitlement, anti-fraud, or device-transfer controls.

4. Purchases, payments, refunds, and disputes

Purchases may be processed by Gumroad or another clearly identified commerce provider. That provider may apply its own checkout, payment, tax, refund, and privacy terms. Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout.

HashMo may verify purchase authenticity, product tier, quantity, refund status, dispute status, and other entitlement information before or after issuing a license. Refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or chargebacked transactions may lose or have their license eligibility restricted as described in the applicable purchase and license terms and to the extent permitted by law.

Additional OSC Pro seats are issued only after HashMo verifies an eligible base entitlement and independently verifies the completed additional-seat purchase. A checkout authorization or verification screen by itself does not create paid seats.

5. Acceptable use

You may use HashMo products for lawful purposes consistent with the applicable product license. You must not:

• use HashMo systems to commit fraud, abuse, harassment, unlawful access, or other illegal activity;
• attack, overload, probe, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security controls on HashMo infrastructure except where HashMo has expressly authorized security testing;
• forge purchase, licensing, activation, authorization, or entitlement information;
• use HashMo branding or content in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, ownership, or affiliation; or
• infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of HashMo or third parties.

HashMo may block or restrict access to online services when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, licensing integrity, or legal compliance.

6. Browser games and local saves

HashMo browser games are provided for entertainment. Some games may save settings, progress, preferences, or scores locally on the device. Clearing browser or site storage may erase that local data. Unless a game explicitly provides an account or cloud-save feature, HashMo does not promise restoration of local save data.

7. Custom AI Systems and user-submitted information

If you submit a services inquiry, support request, project brief, file, or other material, you represent that you have the right to provide it. Do not send passwords, private keys, authentication secrets, regulated data, or third-party confidential material through a general-purpose HashMo form unless HashMo has expressly agreed to an appropriate handling process.

You retain ownership of material you submit. You permit HashMo to process that material only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, respond to, support, or perform the service you requested, subject to the Privacy Policy and any more specific written agreement.

8. Third-party services and AI providers

HashMo products may connect to optional third-party AI models, APIs, local model runtimes, storage providers, payment services, or other integrations. Those services are separate from HashMo and may have their own fees, availability, policies, content rules, and privacy terms.

You are responsible for choosing and configuring third-party services you connect. HashMo is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, model behavior, charges, or data handling outside HashMo's control.

9. Intellectual property

HashMo Interactive, HashMo product names, site design, original software, original game content, graphics, documentation, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Open-source components remain governed by their respective open-source licenses. Open Source Connector and any other separately identified open-source material remain subject to the license stated for that project.

10. Availability, updates, and policy changes

HashMo may update, improve, secure, discontinue, or change websites, online services, product features, future pricing, future offers, and these Terms. We may also modify technical requirements where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, licensing integrity, or continued operation.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Material changes do not retroactively cancel rights that were expressly and permanently granted under a completed valid purchase except where required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or an invalid transaction.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HashMo websites, free games, and services are provided on an "as available" basis, and software is provided subject to the promises expressly stated in its applicable license and purchase materials. HashMo does not promise uninterrupted operation or that every feature will work with every third-party provider, model, operating environment, or future platform configuration.

AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users remain responsible for reviewing important decisions and outputs, especially in legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact contexts.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HashMo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data arising from use of a HashMo product or service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Consumer and mandatory rights

These Terms do not waive consumer-protection, privacy, warranty, refund, or other rights that applicable law says cannot be waived. If a provision is unenforceable in a particular context, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary while the rest of the Terms continue to apply.
